Top 6 Sushi Spots in Houston

For the past 12 years, we've provided a listing of the top sushi spots in Houston.  Year after year, the list changes...but a few faithful, quality spots remain.  This list is a rating of sushi quality.  This is not a rating of ambiance, parking access, customer service nor beverage menu.  This listing is a rating of sushi establishments, within the city of Houston (city limits), that consistently provide quality sushi.  Only four facts are considered:

1.  Temperature, quality, texture and flavor of the sushi rice.  Note:  Cold sushi rice is an automatic 'fail.'

2.  Quality and cut of the fish, vegetable and/or seafood.

3.  Portion size.

4.  Availability (size/options) of the sushi menu.
