| When Zushi Sushi opened their doors a few years ago, they were automatically working hard to compete with existing restaurants. A few years later, they have already distinguished themselves as an impressive nucleus for sushi lovers. Thanks to the extraordinary efforts of Zushi's sushi chef, Mr. Chris Nemoto, their sushi is considered one of the finest adaptations in Houston, Texas. Merely glancing at their menu, you get the idea that they are taking their mission seriously. Although the appetizers, soups and salads are enough to make anyone happy, their vast nigiri menu requires lots of thought. |

Yes, one small private section Reservations: Only required for larger parties Parking: Limited, However parking is available throughout the area, near Zushi itself. Happy Hour? Yes, 7 days a week |
In most cases, don't try to park in the front section
of Zushi's parking lot. It's a small section and you're lucky to
find an open spot. But there's plenty of open parking spots
throughout the area (especially behind the restaurant itself). The Happy Hours at Zushi are great. From Monday through Saturday, it starts as early as 3:00 pm and Sundays host happy hour from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm. We recommend sitting at the sushi bar during happy hour. It's a great view and the sun isn't shining in your face while you watch the sushi chefs work their magic. |

If you enjoy appetizers and you don't
mind sharing with your friends, we recommend ordering 1 hot and 1 cold
appetizer from the menu. Our favorites are the Shiromi Ceviche
(cold) Tempura Fried Mushrooms (hot). When it comes to fundamental fusion sushi, you'll be happy with the simple fusion rolls from Zushi. Try the 'Deadliest Catch' or the 'Nikii Maki' for starters. If your interests involve nigiri alone, you can order a plate of Anago, White Tuna (Albacore), Shrimp, Red Surf Clam, Whole Scallop and Mackerel for a total of about $12.00. If 'super fusion sushi' is your interest, we highly recommend the '002 Houston Maki' which is an 8-pieced roll containing volumes of tasty options with a plum tart paste to give it a special flavor. |
