The Sushi Club of Houston has hosted more than 150 events since its formation in October 2006.  Since then, our club has rated nearly every event to provide feedback to the club.  The ratings were compiled and 9 restaurants have been voted as the best in Houston, according to our membership.  We are still seeking the 10th restaurant.

The ratings were based on value, cleanliness, menu diversity, wait staff...and of course, quality.

Most Authentic Atmosphere
Teppay Japanese Restaurant

Ever since Teppay opened their doors a long time ago, the Japanese expats visit this establishment.  That says a lot.  The menu is a great representation of Japan and the restaurant reminds you of a small restaurant off the beaten path in Shinjuku or Kyoto for local sushi lovers.

Best Service
Hiro Sushi

A great place to the West of Houston that is making a big splash for sushi lovers.  Chef Hiro-san is a master of making sushi fun and delicious while keeping the quality superior to the restaurants that exist in his area.  This restaurant wins the competition in West Houston.
