Most members of club are aware of the planning and preparation that go into each event. From the beginning of an idea, the date is just as important as the location...and the menu is just as important as the seating arrangement.  Great planning takes time and experience.  There's no way to get around a great system in order to remain organized. Thanks to the interest of dozens of sushi restaurants in Houston, we're planning to host a number of fantastic events beginning in the new year (2012). Several sushi establishments are excited about their latest menu ideas and we are the perfect organization to share ideas with! Two groups of the Sushi Club of Houston traveled to the land of Japan to see the sights, sample the cuisine and absorb the culture.   With every group beginning in the land of Narita, Japan, we traveled throughout the entire island of Honshu - seeing Tokyo, Kyoto, Shin-Osaka, Osaka, Okayama and Hiroshima.  For 10 days, each group had the opportunity to fully engage their time into the diversity and history that makes Japan so special. And now, it's time for the club to begin planning the next trips - August 2012.
