About Our Sushi 101 Classes

For nearly ten years, we've been offering low-cost, fun and educational sushi classes to anyone and everyone who wishes to learn.  Within a single year, on average, we teach hundreds of people the keys to making great sushi at home.

Making sushi isn't nearly as difficult as you might imagine.  While there are a handful of important factors to learn and understand, anyone can make a fantastic, high-quality sushi meal at home for their friends and family.  Even better, you can make it at a fraction of the cost of a typical restaurant-based sushi dinner.

Understanding the Basics
For the past ten years, we've been offering low-cost, fun and educational sushi classes to anyone and everyone who wishes to learn.  Within a single year, on average, we teach hundreds of people the critical aspects of eating, enjoying and making great sushi.  Anyone can do this.  Anyone can understand it.  Best of all, you'll have lots of fun learning all about it.

Our Class Location and Info
We're located at 3637 West Alabama St., Suite 380. (near the intersection of West Alabama and Timmons Lane).  Our class takes place within a strip mall, near the corner of the mall itself.  The vast majority of our classes occur in the evening hours to ensure that most people can relax and enjoy the experience after work.  At times, we host classes during weekend afternoons to accommodate just about every schedule.

The classes are approximately two hours in length and are packed full of fantastic information.  Not only do you make lots of delicious sushi on your own but you will gain a solid understanding of the best (and easiest ways) to identify quality sushi at any restaurant.

We Take Care of Everything
When the average person imagines a sushi class, it's hard to envision what to expect.  Will knives be provided?  Should you bring a pen and pad of paper?  How much will you eat?  We completely understand.

To ensure that everyone can enjoy themselves, we provide comprehensive class notes (prepared in advance) as well as bottled water and every piece of class-related equipment/items.  You won't need anything but an appetite.  It's our goal to make the class as easy as possible for everyone.

When it's over, you'll be fully informed, excited to make sushi yourself while driving away with a satisfied appetite.
